About Me

headshotI’m a freelance copywriter for businesses of all types. Marketing materials or otherwise, I can write or edit anything you need. Repeat: I can write or edit anything you need. What does that mean?

Simply put: I’m not a site developer or a one-man marketing firm – and no, I’m not a SEO or SEM company. While many copywriters are scrambling to convince business owners of their capability for performing nearly any Web-based task, I don’t make those types of claims.

Instead, I focus on writing your marketing materials (Web or print) – and that’s it. After all, you’re reading this page because you need a copywriter – now. What you don’t need, I’m guessing, is to:

- Start a contracted account with a SEO/SEM company that requires your annual commitment

- Be pressured into purchasing hosting or webmaster services from a copywriter’s day job company

- Hand your tasks to a catch-all “Web professional” who hires his friends to do the copywriting, only to learn that they have trouble putting together coherent, grammatically correct sentences

- Hand your tasks over to a PR or marketing company with reps who – wait for it – also have trouble putting together coherent, grammatically correct sentences

You just need a writer – and a good one. That’s where I can help.

Don’t misunderstand: I can (and will) incorporate target keywords to increase your website’s effectiveness. In fact, I can write the landing pages you need to heighten your search engine visibility.

What I won’t do, however, is inundate you with offers for services you don’t need. Writing website copy is a simple task; I keep it that way. And, if you’re looking for a writer to update your company blog: Good news! I have experience in that area too.

After reviewing my copywriting portfolio, I encourage you to read my journalism clips as well; often, this increases a client’s confidence in my aptitude for writing in varied formats.

Perhaps you have questions regarding the process of working together; fortunately, I address many common inquiries in the FAQ section. Be sure to read these over before contacting me; it may be a valuable time-saver. I look forward to speaking with you soon!
